Returns & Exchange:
Since all digital orders are custom made, we cannot guarantee a return or an exchange. However, you can refer to our digital products quality assurance policy to know more about how we ensure you get the best results.
Physical Products Return & Exchange Policy:
Currently, we are not accepting any requests for returns on physical products.
However, we have a 3-day exchange policy. Which implies, customers have three days after receiving their damaged/wrong item to request an exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
- damaged, or
- if you receive the wrong item
Our team will evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for an exchange,
- your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, for instance, custom designs made on request.

How to initiate the exchange process:
- Contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org or on WhatsApp (+91 78788 58233) with a brief description and images of the damaged product.
- If your return is accepted after verification, we’ll arrange for a pick-up of the package.
- Our delivery partner will collect it from the same place we delivered it at
- Once we pick up the defective piece, you will receive the new and exchanged product as per our shipping policy.
Please note that the items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
