Is Cash on Delivery possible when ordering from Posh The Studio?

For all upcoming orders December 2023 onwards, yes. Although, customers will have to an additional ₹50 fee upon delivery for these COD products (note: for prepaid orders delivery is free).

Do we offer any cash backs or deals to our customers?

We have a 15% membership discount for our POSH newsletter subscribers.

When will your order get shipped?

Non-customised products are shipped within a business week from the date when the order was placed.

Do we have a Return Policy?

We have a 3-day exchange policy. Which implies, customers have three days after receiving their damaged/wrong item to request an exchange. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is- defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Shipping possible at how many locations?

We ship our products across all serviceable pin codes in India.
